How do I pay with sQuid?
How to pay with a smart card
Instead of paying with cash hold your topped-up sQuid card next to the contactless sQuid reader at the cash desk when you’re ready to make your purchase. Check the sale amount is correct and then hold your card against the sQuid reader. Lights on the sQuid reader will indicate that you've paid. The process takes less than a couple of seconds. The sale amount is debited from your card.
How to make a payments with a biometric ID
At the point of purchase check the amount on the screen is correct and then place your finger on the biometric reader. Your sQuid account is debited straight away and you can view details of your transactions on your online statement.
