The 'We Love To Reward You' loyalty card scheme launched in April 2010. The reward scheme will reward you with £1 for every £5 spent on food, drink and accommodation. Purchase your card in the hotel for £5 and earn £10 reward for just signing up. Your rewards are redeemable against food and drink.
Once you have registered your card you can then check your balance online and receive emails with additional special offers.

Terms and Conditions
1. One card per person.
2. Earn £1 reward for every £5 spent.
3. Rewards can be redeemed against food and drink only on individual basis for party sizes of up to 10 people.
4. Rewards can be earned on food, drink and accommodation on an individual basis only (i.e. only the cardholders bill) and cannot be earned on weddings, events or conferences.
5. Rewards can only be earned when bills and payment are settled on departure.
6. Rewards cannot be redeemed for the first time until you have earned more than £50 worth of reward value.
7. Any email offers and vouchers should be presented at the hotel on use and must be used within the time period stated.
8. We reserve the right to withdraw any offers and change terms and conditions at any time.
9. Rewards cannot be earned on Gateway Live functions.
10. Rewards cannot be redeemed on package rates. For example if you book bed and breakfast, the price of the breakfast included in the rate cannot be redeemed using rewards. The same applies if you book dinner, bed and breakfast package. Additional food and beverage charges outwith the package are redeemable
11. Any new information on rewards and offers will be emailed to all registered card holders.
