sQuid on your LSE Rosebery Hall card
About your Rosebery Hall sQuid card
Your Rosebery Hall sQuid card is issued to you as part of your accommodation package. Your card is powered by sQuid and is similar to your LSE issued ID. The Rosebery Hall sQuid card can only be used in the Rosebery Dining Hall, where it can be used to pay for food and drink. It is topped up each week of term on a Sunday night to the value of £15 so that you need never go without a good healthy meal! If you have any questions about your card please ask at the Rosebery Hall reception.
You do not need to register your Rosebery Hall sQuid card on-line but if you wish to you can using the 'Click here to register' button below. You will then be able to check your balance and view your transactions.
Create a sQuid account
Register and create an account with sQuid:
- Enter a few personal details to create an account
- Top-up your sQuid cashless catering account online
- Top-up from a bank transfer/credit or debit card
- Protect your card balance should it be lost or stolen
Login to your sQuid account to:
- Check your balance; do you need to top-up?
- View your transactions to check your spending
- Top-up your account; bank transfer/credit or debit card
- Update your details and preferences
Having created a sQuid account you will then be able to view your account balance and a breakdown of transactions online at anytime.
Lost card?
Don't panic!
So long as your sQuid card has been registered with us and we know who you are then we can cancel your existing card. You can get a new one at the Rosebery Hall reception for just £5 and your replacement card will be credited from the following Sunday.

You can logon and check your balance at anytime. You can also view your transactions to exactly how much has been spent and when. You can also download a copy of your transactions.
You can view the transactions you have made with your Rosebery Hall sQuid card online. Check to see what you've been spending and when, as each amount is date & time stamped.
View your personal details at anytime online. You can also update these by clicking on the Edit details button. You can also change your Email address and Password too.
Protect it
sQuid is safer than using cash. Once you have created a sQuid account and registered your card it can be reported lost and then 'hot listed'.
