Catering Academy provide the University Catering Services to students. They offer a wide range of menu options, from a three course lunch to an apple. Main meals, sandwiches and healthy snacks, are produced freshly by their team on campus each day and are available together with hot and cold drinks, confectionery and take out food.
Catering Academy hold regular events and offer special discount deals to students.

Open from 8.15am – 8pm Monday to Thursday and 8.15am – 4.00pm Friday
Situated in the Mall the coffee shop is a popular meeting place for students.
Serving Café Direct Fair Trade Coffees, Teas and Hot Chocolate, a wide range of fair trade products including smoothies and juices, speciality baguettes, hot panini’s and toasties & salads and cakes for an occasional treat.

A more formal atmosphere serving speciality coffees and continental pastries during late morning. Lunchtime offers traditional hot meals ranging from a roast meat carvery to hand battered fish and chips on Fridays. Treat yourself to a mouth-watering pudding – made fresh on the premises each day or indulge in the healthier offer of the self help salad bar. The venue is also used to provide celebration buffets and caters for all types of events.

Café Bar style Deli offering Café Direct fair trade coffees, teas and hot chocolate together with a selection of cold drinks ranging from freshly squeezed orange juice, smoothies and juices to waters and soft drinks.
Hot breakfast sandwiches and toast are available throughout the morning. Soup, filled jacket potatoes, paninis, toasties and hand held hot items available throughout the rest of the day together with a wide selection of freshly prepared filled baguettes, sandwiches and salads – not forgetting a very tempting range of hand baked cakes – freshly baked on the premises each day!
