"VocaLink teams up with sQuid"

Guests of VocaLink at Sibos 2008 are being given €30 on a contactless prepaid smart card to spend at their Christmas market.

VocaLink has teamed up with sQuid to bring cashless Christmas shopping to Sibos 2008 in Vienna. Using sQuid's unique approach to contactless payments, VocaLink are enabling their guests to spend their smart cash on gifts valued at €10.

VocaLink are market leaders in electronic payments and transactions, having developed the UK's Faster Payments service, which went live on 27 May 2008.

It is fitting that success and innovation are working so close together to bring a unique customer experience to a relaxed and beautiful location.
