Gemalto aims to inspire Cartes guests

Digital security company Gemalto has encouraged guests to this year's Cartes and IDentification event in Paris to visit its stand and see the latest innovations in technology.

In a statement released this week, the firm said it offers a "unique range of products, platforms, solutions and services".

Gemalto also suggested that it would like attendees at the conference to be inspired by what they see.

Some of the technologies that will be on show include "state-of-the art microprocessor cards, software and middleware, interfaces and devices", in addition to the group's training programmes.

Last year, Gemalto e-Payments Terminals presented eMoney network sQuidcard with an award for payment innovation during the Cartes event.

The eCash network was recognised for its innovative design and features.

Industry delegates wishing to head to the 2009 version of the conference in the French capital will be able to visit it between Tuesday November 17th and Thursday November 19th.
