Cravendale launches new loyalty scheme
24 Aug 2010

Cravendale has launched a new loyalty scheme which will reward customers for purchasing its products.

The firm is offering consumers the chance to claim new kitchen ware by collecting promotional codes found on the company's two-litre bottles of milk.

Sam Dolan, Cravendale brand manager, claimed the firm hope to attract customers who have no brand loyalty with the scheme.

He said: "We've created a realistic collector scheme which will enable new and existing Cravendale customers to collect and enjoy the entire 'Kitchen Collectables' range."

Customers simply enter the codes onto the firm's website to begin collecting points, and the business will alert users when they have accrued enough points to claim any of the kitchen ware.

The Kitchen Collectables range includes three mugs, a bowl, a teapot, a milk jug, three spoons and a tea towel.

The £1 million project began on August 16th and will end in early February.
