Loyalty scheme to be rolled out by Britannia Group
9 May 2011

Britannia Group is the latest company to begin rolling out a loyalty scheme to its customers, those who use the hotel chain may want to take note of.

The firm is launching the programme following a trial of the money-saving option proving a success.

People who take up the loyalty system will be awarded with points each time that they book a room at one of Britannia's hotels, with these then being able to be used on future visits.

In order to get the ball rolling on the programme, the well-known hotel operator has recruited the services of reward scheme specialists Loyalty Pro.

Meanwhile, those who are using a Britannia hotel before jetting off on holiday may want to check out a loyalty scheme that is being launched by bmibaby.

The airline is set to integrate location-based network Gowalla into its communications so that passengers can log their trips and then stand a chance to win a pair of tickets to destinations in its network.
