Manchester law firm launches loyalty scheme

A Manchester-based law firm has launched a new loyalty scheme for its staff and clients.

The Manchester Evening News has reported that JMW had developed its own loyalty card which gives members access to a range of offers and discounts in the city's bars, restaurants and leisure facilities.

Joy Kingsley, JMW's senior partner, revealed that she hoped the programme would differentiate the firm from others.

"As well as offering a legal service they are happy with, we wanted to give them something extra and make them feel valued as JMW clients," she told the news provider.

"The card not only carries all our details but has the extra benefits of special offers. Thirty businesses have already signed up to it and we're in talks with other suppliers who want to be part of the scheme."

Following its launch earlier this month, around 1,000 cards have been issued to JMW's staff and clients.
