New loyalty scheme launched in Worcester

A new loyalty scheme has been launched in Worcester which will offer members discounts at city centre shops.

Local newspaper Worcester News has launched its own branded loyalty card which will offer regular readers a ten per cent discount at a range of stores in the city's Reindeer Court shopping centre.

Sarah Bevan, Worcester News promotions manager, claimed that the programme could provide a welcome boost to companies operating in the city centre.

She told the newspaper: "I think Reindeer Court is a gem in Worcester's shopping crown.

"The Worcester News loyalty card offers discounts on a range of businesses in the centre so show your support for Worcester's independent traders while getting a great deal for yourself."

Among the outlets participating in the scheme are Fuel Clothing, Ice Fine Jewellery, Ice Fine Photography and Brimstone Beads.

The loyalty card is only available to local residents who get their Worcester News delivered six days a week.
