Orange hoping to reward loyal customers via Vouchercloud

People who have chosen to go with Orange for their mobile phone choices are to be rewarded for their loyalty.

As part of a partnership between the well-known network provider and Vouchercloud, both contract and pay-as-you-go customers will be able to gain access to a range of discount offers.

For example, this month individuals are set to be treated to vouchers for hotel chains Habitat and Malmaison, hairdressing firm Headmasters and exercise organisation Fitness First.

To take advantage of the offers, iPhone users on Orange can do so through an app on the device, with other mobile phone users just needing to access the Vouchercloud website to obtain their loyalty gifts.

Spencer McHugh, brand director at Orange UK, noted: "As the first company to launch a free iPhone and Android smartphone app offering a huge number of location-based discounts … Vouchercloud was the perfect partner for Orange's latest reward scheme."

Recently, Orange teamed up with Barclaycard to launch Quick Tap onto the UK market, the country's first contactless mobile payment service.
