Q Hotels customers 'have 2 loyalty schemes to choose from'

A hotelier has discussed the loyalty schemes available from his company, which may be beneficial to those who do a lot of travelling.

Speaking to Air & Business Travel News, sales director at Q Hotels David Taylor explained his enterprise offers two different programmes to its customers.

While some people may prefer the leisure loyalty card, business travellers might want to sign up to the ThankQ scheme, which is aimed specifically at this demographic.

Mr Taylor said cardholders can take advantage of a jump the queue offer, which enables them to check in and out quickly, while they can also use the points they collect to pay for their stay or a spa treatment.

"In the four months it's been running [up to March], our membership is already just over 3,500," he continued. "So it's growing quickly and has been very well received."

Q Hotels has 21 establishments around the country and offers a range of services, such as weddings, spas and fitness and golf.
