Qdoba extends loyalty programme
20 Jul 2009
Mexican food chain Qdoba has introduced new ways to interact with its loyalty programme, it has been revealed.
The retailer already allows customers to use eMoney in the form of its Q-Cash Card, while the Qdoba Cardloyalty programme enables frequent users to earn free meals.
Now, Qdoba Card users are able to opt in to an extension of the loyalty programme by linking their card with their mobile phone number.
Brent Higgins, director of marketing for Qdoba franchisee Aztec Partners, says: "It's a terrific way to interact with our younger customers."
"After joining, they'll get great deals and information delivered right to their phone," he adds.
With the sQuidcard, there is no need to register mobile phone details in order to benefit from the ease of use offered by eMoney and some associated loyalty programmes.
In Bolton, Subway and Domino's Pizza outlets already accept the contactless smart card, extending discounts and special offers to customers who use their sQuidcard to purchase food.
