Superdrug set to launch loyalty programme in May

UK retailer Superdrug is set to launch a new loyalty programme in May, it has been revealed.

The firm is currently looking for a customer relationship management (CRM) agency to help run the scheme.

Dan Jarvis, Superdrug head of marketing, claimed the company want a CRM agency who can design a campaign while working within its brand guidelines.

"This year it's all about our customer, rewarding loyalty, offering the best everyday beauty on the high street and online and doing it in an unmistakably Superdrug style," he said.

"We look forward to finding the right people to work with on this exciting project."

Mr Jarvis added that the scheme has been designed to allow customers to earn and spend points online and in-store, while Superdrug will also offer customers personalised discounts and deals.

Superdrug runs a total of 900 stores in the UK and is owned by Chinese retail group AS Watson.
