Wiltshire pub launches new loyalty scheme

A pub in Wiltshire has developed a new loyalty scheme for its customers, according to reports.

The Gazette and Herald has revealed that the Horse and Groom pub in Charlton has launched the Privilege Club programme in a bid to attract more customers.

Membership cardholders will be able to benefit from exclusive offers and discounts, while they will also receive news of upcoming events at the inn.

Resident manager Emma Dall claimed staff at the pub have worked hard at building a loyal clientele and are now looking to reward them.

She told the news provider: "Club members will not only benefit from priority bookings at popular times such as Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day, but will also enjoy many bespoke special offers, which could include ale and wine tastings, discounts on food and drink at certain times, complimentary coffee in the afternoon and invitations to special events.

"Many offers will be seasonal, and we will keep guests informed in good time."
