Daniel Radcliffe 'doesn't know how to use Oyster cards'

World-famous actor Daniel Radcliffe has revealed he does not know how to use Oyster cards on the London Underground transit system.

The Harry Potter star, who is currently starring on Broadway, revealed he finds the Tube a "bit nuts".

In Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Radcliffe's character travels on the Underground and he attempts to stick his Oyster card in the machine, instead of swiping it as is intended.

"It makes total sense because of the character of Harry, but that was really by fluke," Radcliffe explained to the Radio Times.

While Harry Potter can use floo powder to get around, Radcliffe can't, making it somewhat surprising he is yet to master the Oyster card.

If he doesn't work out how to use it soon, however, he may never get the opportunity to, as Benjamin Parton recently showcased a wearable Oyster card at the end of the year degree show at the Royal College of Art.
