View your cardholders transactions online
Once you have distributed your branded loyalty cards to your customers you are able to view any transactions they make. You may decide to keep your own record of which cards - each one has a unique 16 digit number on the back - you have given to which people and collect an email address for example as part of this process. It is up to you.

Register your card and view your loyalty transactions
This is the secure sQuid website or portal where your loyalty card holders can create a sQuid account, register their cards and check their balance and transactions online.
- This is accessed direct from your marketing landing page
- Your cardholders create a sQuid account with a unique Username and password
- Then register their loyalty card
- They can then view their transactions and balance
- Notify lost or stolen cards (“hot listing”)
- Change any personal details as required

sQuid give you access to your own portal, which we call the merchant portal. Here you can view any transactions that have taken place in your store or premises.
- You can easily create an account with ID and password, which sQuid will provide you. This is accessed from squidcard.com/merchant
