Online payments
sQuid’s dedicated school website provides access to the parent controlled account for each pupil, enabling online payment. Parents have the ability to top up cards as well as monitor how their child’s money is spent. Both school and parent have complete visibility and reporting of transactions.

Parents and the school can also use the online account to pay for other activities run by the school. Pupils can pay for school trips through a school terminal. This deposits fees straight into the school account and removes the chore of counting cash from the school office. This feature is included in our package and delivers a fast effective and low cost alternative to other parent payment services.

Online school portal
Included in your sQuid package is the school transaction portal, enabling the school or catering manager to view all transactions, each of which is date, time and value stamped with the corresponding card number. This allows for all points of sale to be monitored online from the school office.

Online marketing pages
We work with you to deliver specific pages of content for your school, with links to and from your own school web site. A comprehensive list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) for pupils and parents and contact details to your own school office is included. Online support
sQuid fully supports the service with parents able to communicate directly with sQuid through their online account. We provide step by step support on how to register a new account and how to use it. Our customer support team handles any problems they may experience. Lost cards can be reported and blocked.
