Register your Innovate sQuidcard
Register your card with sQuid and top up online
Pupils will be sent a welcome letter with your own unique Innovate sQuidcard and sQuid registration number. You will then need to create a sQuid account and register this number.
Simply follow these and the on screen instructions:-
Step 1 - Create a sQuid account and register
Firstly you need to create an account with sQuid. You will need to enter some personal details, create a Username and Password, and your own personal Security question and Answer.
What if I have more than one child at the school?
Please note if you have more than one child at the school you will need to create a separate sQuid account for each.
Registered your card with sQuid:
- Enter a few personal details to create your own account
- Top up your sQuid cashless catering account online
- Top up from a bank transfer, or from a credit or debit card
- Protect your card balance should it be lost or stolen
Step 2 - Register your own unique card number
Having created an account you will be prompted to register your unique sQuid registration number, linking it to your sQuid account. This is the 16 digit number and 3 digit security code on the back of your Innovate sQuidcard.
Step 3 - Add money to your Cashless catering purse
Top up the cashless catering purse on your account sQuid is a smart way for you to top up your cashless catering purse online, so that you can then pay for your lunch or a snack from the school canteen.
Having completed steps 1 and 2, you will see a cashless catering purse on your sQuid account when you login; with the cashless catering image above. You need to add funds to this purse; we call this topping up your card. You can top up your sQuid account by bank transfer, or from a credit or debit card.
Login to your sQuid account to:
- Check your account balance; do you need to top up?
- View your transactions to check your spending
- Top up your account; bank transfer, credit or debit card
- Update your details and preferences
You can logon and check your balance at anytime. We’ll break down every transaction so you can see exactly where those pennies are going. You can also download your transactions if you wish to.
You’ll be able to reload your sQuid account online, from the comfort of your own home. You can do this via debit or credit card. or your bank account.
View your personal details at anytime online. You can also update these by clicking on the Edit details button. You can also change your Email address and Password too.
sQuid is safer than using cash. Once you have created a sQuid account and registered your card it can be reported lost and then 'hot listed'. Any remaining balance can be transferred to a new card.
