Forgotten username

How to gain access your account
If you have forgotten the username for your account, please go to the login page and click the ‘Forgotten username’ link.  You will be asked to enter your registered email address, which will send an email to you with your username.

How to gain access your account
If you have forgotten the password for your account, please go to the login page and click the ‘Forgotten password’ link.  You will be asked to enter your registered email address, which will send an email to you with a link to change your password.  Please note you will need to know your security question and answer in order to change your password.

How to gain access your account
If you have forgotten your security question, please on the 'Request reminder email' link in your login screen. If you have also forgotten your username and/or password, please contact us and we will send over your details.

How to gain access your account
If you receive this notification when logging into your account, it means that you have requested a forgotten password email and have not followed the link that was sent to you.  Until this has been done, you will not be able to access your account to top-up and view transactions.

Please resend the email to your account and follow the instructions that are sent to you to access your account.
