About sQuidcard

 

I've lost my sQuidcard

Don't panic!
So long as your sQuidcard has been registered with us and we know who you are then we can cancel your existing card, send you a new one and transfer any oustanding balance from your old sQuidcard.

In order to do this you need to:-

Logon to your sQuid account

 

Click on the 'Lost or stolen card?' link on the left hand side

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Select the reson for the new card request from the drop down at the bottom of the screen

 

 

 

 

Once you have submitted this request we will cancel your existing sQuidcard, issue you a new one and transfer any remaining balance from your old sQuidcard.
