If you lose a twenty pound note, the chances are that you’ll never see it again. If you lose your sQuidcard, notify us and we will cancel your card and send you a replacement with any balance on it.

You can manage your top-ups online, or just top up with cash at a participating sQuid store.

With a sQuidcard you will know how much you are spending on everyday items. If you register your sQuidcard you can manage your balance online and check every transaction.
No strings attached
What’s the catch? There isn’t one. You can use a sQuidcard as little or as often as you like. We won’t cancel your card if you don’t use it. sQuid is a completely free service.
