Unveiling new sQuid SchoolPay system features to schools

sQuid has extended its digital marketplace offerings for schools, with the release of exciting new system features in sQuid SchoolPay.
sQuid SchoolPay - the leading trips and offers management system on the market, enables schools to easily take care of all their payments and daily administration in one place.
Our new offerings enable busy schools to save time and resources during the school day.
So what new features can our schools look forward to?
- Bookings capacity scheduler - ensure clubs and activities are never over-subscribed
- Clone existing offers and bookings - great when you have lots of similar offers or need to arrange parent evening slots
- Add multiple users to booking slots - saved time by adding users to booking slots at the same time instead of one by one
- Generate communications for purchased and part purchased offers - great for sending reminders to parents or carers who have part paid an offer and need to pay the balance, and then confirm when payment in full has been received
- View and download catering transactions - now school administrators can see all transactions and balances for their students, without needing to access the catering system
In addition, sQuid has also enabled 3DS2 security to enable faster and more secure payment processing. The improved user experience that 3DS2 brings means that parents can make the majority of their payments without being required to authenticate payments by entering a passcode or via their banking app.
