RefundsIf you are requesting a refund, please be aware that due to the administration burden on us at this difficult time, we must apply a £2.50 administration fee per user. This is at a reduced rate, as we normally apply a £5.00 administration fee on refunds. Please also be aware that refunds may take 4-6 weeks to process, as we cope with demand.
